Understand Mondays are slow but is the expectation to tip $1 each time for them to pull their top down for 30 seconds normal? This was during the lap dance in the private room as well as with them sitting on my lap after I bought them drinks. From other reviews, I thought the $9 drink bought you at least 5-10 minutes of touching.
