- My three day tripreview comment7 years agoNever take the first offer that comes out their mouth. Negotiate. I always cut their offer in half and counter with that. They over estimate their value again and then I just add a Jackson to my initial offer. Remember they want to make money and if it's the day shift you have all the power. Threaten to walk away and I've had FS for $150.
