I worked at Playhouse in Council Bluffs Iowa. It is a great club for stage tipping. Not like black club stage tipping but there is 9 stages and I would say for the 9 songs you make around $100-150. Not great but okay.

Is it true the house mom is racist and doesn't hire black women?

I visited Lipstix as a patron in April 2018. I don't think the club is ghetto. Unless you mean clientele that is black is ghetto. Otherwise the building, layout, tables, chairs look fine etc.
