Most clubs I have been to, the girls go to the DJ prior to their set and tell them what songs they want. I have had several girls ask if I had a preference and she went it got it played. Some clubs during the day have juke boxes (no dj) and the girls have to pay to pick their songs. I once had a girl dance to Iron Maiden and the place almost cleared of all the patrons and she had no idea how to dance to heavy metal! I let her follow up with Pour Some Sugar on Me! which is a classic song to get a dance to.

I have been to clubs that during the daytime and they do not have a DJ or waitresses, You get your drinks at the bar with one tender and the girls select there songs from a jukebox. They also have no cover during the day so no front desk person. That's 3 less from your list.
