Strip clubs are a vice so replacing one vice with another which could be casino's/gambling, asian/latin massage parlors, non-strip club clubs, or possibly escorts. If you are saying replacing via rehab of all vices well that's a whole separate consideration.

if they legalized it, it would actually be harder to get it at a strip club than it is already. Can see goin to CVS to pick up condoms and a dime bag before goin to the strip club.

Some clubs ban them or check them into lockers for custs and some smaller dive strip bars tend to not care let you bring them in. Bartenders and dancers always know the time, until they have to leave.
