I stopped on a Monday afternoon. Work was light so took the chance to screw off a bit. 10 girls working and only 4 customers. Girls were mostly white with smattering of AA girls....

Sneaky coppers or just regular guys

I would be very cautiuos. Now cops are human too and some do like doing the club thing, but for your safety, I would keep everything legal. He chose his profession so he's gotta deal with the reprecutions.
