My experience was a flat fee of $300 for 30 minutes with no attempts to upsell.

After another visit to the Penthouse in Baltimore recently, my view has changed slightly for the better. As Soth101 pointed out above, the quality of dancers here is very good, so it's almost guaranteed there will be a number of very attractive ladies--of various varieties--working on a weekend night. As for the local club I mentioned in my original review, I still contend it's a nice, well run club. And while there are many beautiful, sexy ladies working there, the overall standard is a little lower than the Penthouse Club.

Similar to what I experienced at the Penthouse Club on a Saturday night a few weeks ago.
