not as good as it used to be

Not sure what happened to this place. Everyone seems really unhappy and tense? They have streamers up outside and balloons inside and they're decorating it like it's a party, but the vibe is so blah...

Where are the clubs that 7-8-9's dance on you butt assed naked for less than $60 a song? That sounds about normal to me.
