Spot on. Went there this Saturday. To their credit, it seemed the ladies were more open to sitting down and talking to newcomers, which was a plus. Music wasn't as loud as before. Lighting was better until 10pm (for some reason they dimmed them). But it is clear they are giving less value on the lap dances outside of VIP.
