The Boardroom of Melbourne is a legal brothel situated in the inner-city suburb of South Melbourne.

South Melbourne is basically one of those really nice inner-city parts of Melbourne where you’re close to everything without feeling like you’re right in the middle of the CBD (the equivalent of “Dowtown” in the USA). It’s only a few minutes from the city and has a great mix of old Victorian houses, cafés, restaurants, parks and the South Melbourne Market, which is probably the best-known local landmark.

The Boardroom itself is an upmarket establishment - a two-storey venue in a great location, with plenty of street parking immediately outside as well as its own private car park. The property has been truly nicely decorated throughout and has a luxurious feel rather than a seedy or even party-like atmosphere.

Upstairs there are six rooms, while downstairs there’s the Reception, 4 “intro rooms”, a bar and comfortable lounge area, plus the area for the sexworkers which is of course off-limits to patrons.

The venue also has a full liquor license, granted after the repeal of the state’s draconian laws.

The entrance is, unfortunately, not too discreet - probably one of the only criticisms one can give this place. Though it does have a discreet exit door.

The brothel employs (or rather, contracts) a wide array of beautiful sex workers. Mostly, Caucasians/Aussies but one can certainly find girls of different nationalities/backgrounds (though they are in the minority). The girls are generally in their 20s or early 30s.

As the brothel caters to an upmarket clientele, it’s very very rare to find girls who are not beautiful, slim and polished. Most girls are in the 7-8 range (on a scale of 1 to 10) but every now and then you can also find 9s and occasionally even a 10!

Prices vary between daytime and nighttime - beginning at AUD225 (circa USD150) for 20 minutes of “standard” service and AUD340 (circa USD235) for an hour. You will want to add an additional AUD50 (circa USD35) on top for the Deluxe Service which is the option most clients take and most SWs offer. The standard servuce is highly restrictive. Girls may charge extra on top for certain things but that is rarely more than an additional AUD50 or AUD100.

Overall, it’s a stunning establishment with equally stunning ladies.
