After a worthwhile visit to Bogarts I wanted to see what Criket was all about. Walked in, no valet, no cover and a great looking place. Bouncer asked if I wanted a booth, told him the bar would be fine. Got myself and beer and damn, the talent was outstanding. Compared to Bogarts it was no contest. I would liken the difference as Bogarts (at least in the afternoon) as getting a blowjob from the skank hangin out at the local bar to Cricket being the hot hip dance club where your head is being whiplashed back and forth by all the hotties. Went for some dances with Angie, a hot young brunette with a great ass. Thoroughly enjoyed my two dance set with some stick shifting going on. She never offered VIP or extras and I didn't ask as there were many other options available and I wanted to let things come to me. Regret not asking as she was outstanding. Waited for others to become available but they were all tied up with regulars. One girl in particular, Karlie, got my juices going while on stage. She reminded me off Aubrey Adams the porn star. I hoped she would stop by but she disappeared with another guy and never returned. I didn't receive any extras but was impressed by the talent. Hope to next time around.

As the only non-smoking club in the area, I look to the Criket when in the Detroit area. The variety has gotten better. Last time I was there it seemed that most of the dancers were way out of shape and should not be dancing but to each their own. This time was better. Plenty of variety for a Wednesday evening. Met new to area Nikki. Tall, very long hair brunette with great personality, can really hold a conversation. Only negative is having odd front teeth when she smiles. May be about 30 and danced at other places. Very fun in the VIP. Also spent time with Quill. Short, very petite blond with tatoos everywhere, even her fingers. Very intelligent and has the body of a 19 year old but has to be 29 at least. No matter because she fully satisfied in the VIP and did it all with a smile!

Sitting in traffic in Dearborn decided to stop in for a happy hour beer at the Criket. Arrived around 5:30 a fair amount of cars in the lot seemed promising continued inside. No cover bar was fully occupied with patrons, a majority of the reserved booths where taken there where a few open tables near the stage. I grab a table and prepare for show. After 10 minutes still no waitstaff attention finally get a "bucket" of Bud Lite which is 2 beers for $9. The girls where polar opposites you had either super spinner skinny AA girls or medium to larger white dancers. I sat and watched 4 stage sets two songs each and not impressed with any of the talent. The private dance area was standing room only I and I saw a few couples get turned away for a few songs because there was no room at the INN. On to my second beer I saw a very attractive tall MILF looking women with a thong body suit. She walked around the floor never really spoke to anyone and disappeared in the back. She was the only dancer I was interested in and figured she would come back and work towards some private time. After the second beer still no sighting so it was time to either re-order beer or hit the road. I went to exchange some beer and saw the MILFy blonde in the smoking room playing video games. Either she had made her money for the day or was not interested in working and was avoiding customer contact. Finished the beer exchange and hit the road. The vibe was ok just not my type of dancers. The last several trips to the Criket have been less than inspiring

Went in here on a Thursday night with some buddies. Had to pay 10 dollar cover, paid another 25 for a booth, then got a bucket of beers for 25. Had about 10-15 girls working a couple black ones and rest mostly white, some a little bit on the thicker. Wasn't approached for quite some time considering we had a booth with 3 guys hanging out. Finally had a short brunette with a nice ass and average tits come up and ask if I wanted a dance, said sure but wanted to chit chat first and get everything sorted out. Agreed to 150 for no song limit bj. She took care of me and went on our way. Seemed like most of the girls hang out in the smoking lounge, had better luck talking to the girls in there .

I haven't been here in a long time, but there seems to be an interesting group of women working here. Its about a 70/30, white/black split for the racial make up. I got there and it was pretty busy,so I waited a long time for any kind of acknowledgment. I ended up going in back with Ginger and the back room is really different now, which I wasn't ready for. Yes, you've got your different booths, but there's a VIP area, where apparently you get some more room to move around (the further back area, it appears). Ginger didn't do the usual "wait for the next song to start", which meant that I did a no-no and walked into the VIP without knowing what was going on. Because of that, I opted to only get a few songs worth of dances to test out the waters. It sounds like she's a bunch of fun, but she asked me to tip the guy in back. Yeah, where some strip clubs have bathroom guys, this one now has an attendant to keep the back rooms clean at all times. That's a bit weird. Outside of that,the women were pretty attractive. I'd kick it around again and see if I can't get a little bit more of a story about the back, but sinceIsat around for so long there,I didn't have more time to kill.

During the day there was free parking, free entry and no VIP tax. If you are a cheap ass motherfucker, this will be right up your alley. But remember Spider-Man, "with cheap places come cheap skank hoes". That qoute was fucked up but you get the picture. 6 skank hoes. One black, 4 white and one Latina. The Latina had a large face which made me question if she was ever a man at some point. One white skank sat down and started talking about how it was slow and how she wasn't making any money. I said shut up you skank hoe and tell that stripper shit sob story to somebody else. She countered with .8 for everything. I said hell yeah. I was high as Snoop Dogg so it didn't matter. If you are looking for a cheap as place to go, this is it you assholes.

Was in the Detroit area from Canada & had planed to watch ROH wrestling in Dearborn but had some time to kill beforehand. First I went to check if Deja Vu in Highland was reopened, but apparently they're closed permanently-at least for now-it's been about a year & the store owner next door doesn't think they'll be opening anytime soon. I tried Pantheon earlier & I'll write a separate review there. Anyways arrived about 8:30, parked around the back, paid the $10 cover fee & $7 for a stupid Coke!? Needless to say the waitress didn't receive a tip for that crap & it kinda put me in a mood to not stay long. There was about 6 girls when I arrived: 3 black ladies, & the rest white, with about 2 or 3 Just arriving. The first girl on stage was a decent looking brunette, about 5'7 or so kinda pale, very small tits, about a 7 face, & a so-so ass. Not interested. The second girl was a cute short-haired black girl with nice 38? DDs-natural with a slight droop & they looked natural-my type-& I tipped her a few singles. She came to see me after & I inquired about dance prices-$25/song with a one time 10 VIP fee. Her body was fine: she wasn't overweight but had curves in all the right spots & these DDs were soft & natural to taste & feel. We negotiated a FS for 2.5-which was unrushed & no one checking in the back til happily completing. Overall it was a decent time & I'd be back. 7.5/10.

Its been a few months since my last visit, decided to stop by last Friday afternoon. The place was fairly crowded, and the selection of dancers was outstanding! Saw a lot of familiar girls and some new ones. After only a few minutes (hardly enough time to order my beers), lovely K___ asked if she could join me. I have been approached by this lovely lady in the past, but for whatever reason, we never made it back to the VIP. I must say that K__ is very personable and in my opinion, has one of the best bodies in the place! She proceeded to "encourage" me for some private time in the VIP, assuring me that it would be very "enjoyable." Now at almost to the point of saying "yes" to her VIP invitation, she is called to the stage for her set of songs. She looked GREAT on stage, so I was sure to leave her drink visible at my table to discourage any other ladies from stopping by in the meantime. When she returned from her set, I couldn't resist the urge any longer and we proceeded to the back room. She told we would have a great time, but did have some limitations which I was ok with. During the first song she proceeded to explore on her knees and was I ready to go! The only issue I had was that there wasn't much activity leading up to the "main event." I really did not get to explore her gorgeous body as much as I would have liked! Still a great time with a beautiful lady for sure. I will be stopping back soon for another visit. I seem to enjoy this place more every time!

As this is the only decent non-smoking club in the area, I try to stop by when I'm in town. They used to have a free food buffet on Tuesdays but it wasn't there this time. Too bad because it was decent food and good vibe. Tonight Chloe was dancing and I hoped to spend time with her but she disappeared into the dressing room after doing a VIP dance with a very old man for what seemed like only one song. Too bad. Good news is it gave me time to connect with Kelly. Very petite brunette with some tats and offered a full menu. Worth every $. She looks 21 but is 30 and just started here having been at Henry's for 12 years or so. Think she said she's only Monday and Tuesday for now but well worth the trip!

I was in the area for a business meeting and after a very uninspiring visit to another club. I decided to try the Criket. I took a seat at a table and ordered a soft drink. There were several dancers around, most is the 6-8 category of attractiveness - IMHOP. A couple came over to talk, but no one really clicked with me and I was not motivated to get a VIP dance. I stayed about another half-an-hour and left. There really was no energy or anything happening or hot dancers that would make this visit memorable. Not sure I will be back for a while.

So first night was Wed night. Buddy was in town wanted to try out the cricket. There was no cover and more importantly no smoking. Wow what a great start. Food was really good drinks were very very strong and afordable. A good looking Asian approached us and we chatted for thirty minutes before I decided to go to VIP this is where the problem existed. Ten dollars to go to VIP and twenty dollars a song amazingly it was a good dance no extras were offered and I even hinted I was in the mood for extras. I stopped after third song knowing nothing was going to happen. My buddy had a similar situation with another girl that was very cute and young would be amazed if she was twenty one. Second girl think her name was Roxy was up for all and was well worth the $$. We both left happy, tipsey and about $$$ lighter but was good to find the hidden gem, no valet, safe parking in my opinion. I think bogarts ismsafe as well as they do watch the cameras but just still not as warm as fuzzy fewling as the Cricket. We went back Sat. Was told 15 dollar cover asked if we could run to the bathroom guy said no, we asked for a manager and he said go ahead. As we walked the club it was def not the A team or even the B team in the bathroom we decided we would not partake very disappointing.

So this is my go to club in the afternoon. Seperate smoking room so you don't smell like an ash tray when leaving. No cover to go to the VIP lounge. Good menu is very reasonably priced and 2 beers for 9 dollars isn't awful. The disappointment is the afternoon talent on this day has declined from previous visits. Just not my cup of tea. Lots of older ladies just looking to make the quick buck, no conversation or anything. Just walk by the table and say you ready for a dance. That isn't my style when I am approached by a dancer. Lot of out of shape dancers as well. Hoping it was just one bad day. I will be back very soon hopefully for a better outcome.
