Roxy's was my go-to place when I lived in St Louis in the 90's. It's been declining steadily over the last 5 years or so, and, after my recent visit, I don't think I'll ever go back. There's now free admission during the day and a metal detector at the door. Poor quality dancers, poor attitude from doorman, manager, servers, etc. Same is true of PT's Brooklyn across the street. Take Brooklyn off your list - maybe stick to Washington Park (Hollywood and Hustler) or Sauget (PT Sports and Penthouse.<br> <br> Hollywood is probably the best value, especially if you get in before the cover charge at 7pm. Dancer quality may have dropped in the last year or two; not sure yet. You do have to put up with the incessant waitress pushing drinks on you and dancers every 2 minutes. Not a lot of edginess in the dances, but good grindage.<br> <br> Hustler has its highs and lows. Covers range from $2 to $7 to $10 to $20. Make sure you ask about alternatives as they try to sell you a VIP that you may not need. Wide variation in the edginess of dances, especially in suites.<br> <br> Sports is a good, clean, fun place, with the bonus of watching sports if you want. Good lunch specials, and free admission if you have lunch. Good dancer quality.<br> <br> Penthouse is probably the most expensive club, with the best all-around dancer quality. Very good food.<br> <br>

Roxy's may be the smallest and darkest club outside of St. Louis, but it is by far the best bang for the buck. The girls may not be the prettiest or blonde Barbie doll girls that are at the more upscale clubs. But the drinks are priced near what you would pay at a regular bar. It is one of the places that I go with my wife when we go out for a night like that. The girls will always get her on stage and undressed to put on a show. It seems to be more difficult to get girls at other clubs to do that, as they seem to think it hurts their chance of tips. But I have seen several hundred dollars left on the stage after a 3 song set with her and one of the girls doing a hot act for all to see.

I like this club. I stop in everytime im in town and have been satisfied more times than disappointed. Went in today about 1:30pm. I only had an hiur or so to burn. Three dancers...two white one black...low 6 on looks. I was the only one there so I tipped all three as they did their sets. The stand out was a skinny tanned bleach blonde with a smoking body. After her set I chose her to go private. The other two were two dances for fifty. She was one for 40. Didnt have alot of time so I went with her since her naked staged grind and P in the face dance was better than the others. 7 bucks for a wrist band. I still disagree with that crap. Went to the back and wow best dance I have gotten in a long time. She is not afraid to get close...really close. Great grind skills with s on s, puts it in ur face and u do whatever u want. I went a couple songs and was well worth it. Sorry fellas cant remember him name. But she was tanned petite worked fri sat sun daytime only.

I found myself in Brooklyn and figured I would swing by Roxy's. Six dancer were in rotation with 4 or 5 guys watching the stage and another couple at the bar. The girls were doing 3 song sets and were usually fully nude by the end of the first/beginning of the second song. I personally like this much better than the bikini/topless/nude progression per song that occurs at most clubs.<br> <br> Stage tips go a long way at Roxy's. The dancers encourage touching stage-side and will rub your hands all over their bodies for a couple buck tip. Five bucks and they are off the stage and in your lap! On this day Scarlet and Brooklyn were both working. Scarlet is a tight body little spinner who is just my type, but she was attached to a regular for the whole three hours I was there. Brooklyn is a pretty amazing cute thin blonde. She is missing one arm below the elbow and yet still performs upside down headstand leg splits. Very impressive.<br> <br> I had a good time and would recommend daytime/evening. I always get out of the area before dark because you are not in a very safe location for late night visits.<br>

Headed to Roxy's around midnight on a Saturday and was surprised by an improvement in dancer quality. Parking lot was reasonably lit and monitored with staff outside. Club was very outdated inside and out but was functional. Decor included a black ceiling and simple chairs and small square tables. Interior lighting was on the dark side, and cover was $10.<br> About 15-20 dancers were working 3 stages. Dancers ranged from 5-8. The one 8 was a beautiful toned redhead with a smaller chest who was great on stage. I spoke with several dancers who were friendly and respectful. They had a shower show which is their feature entertainment. Roxy's has the advantage that their admission ticket is less expensive than the other PT's clubs in the area yet will get you in to all the other PT's clubs, so it can be a good place to start the evening if you intend to club hop. Overall, dancer quality and variety seems to have improved in recent months making Roxy's worth an occasional visit.

I have been to every club on the east side but not to roxys for a very long time. I must say that the whole vibe of Brooklyn in general has gotten much worse and it did not have very far to go! Anyway that being said Roxys does fill a niche if you like hole in the wall dirty little places. They have put no deferred maintenance in this place in recent memory. However (there is always a however) it seems like you can sometimes find a gem in the rough here. I went in and lo and behold Anna is still there. She is a very hot milf with nice body and very friendly. We shared a drink and then went to back. Very private and no bothering. We had 3 dances I think for 60 and got a very nice bbbj. Anna still has it. Since I know her ymmv but I have no doubt you will find something to your liking but it might take 2-3 visits.

On a recon mission, the first time for me in this area. After hitting PTs, I walked across the street and into the darkest club I've ever been in. Which I like. There's something just a bit sinister and mysterious about being able to barely see, and therefore rely on most of the other senses. I was approached my the waitress, ordered my beer, and sat back, observing. On a Monday weekday, there was not a lot to observe... a dancer on the stage, offering some really up-close-and-personal attention to the one tipping patron. And a couple guys at the bar, each with a snuggly companion. Occasionally an announcement would occur, i.e "Ambrosia, you're time is up"... and 3 or 4 minutes later a somewhat dissheveled couple would emerge from the back. I take this as a very good sign. I intend to research further. The comment about the bathroom reminding one of a Mexican bus station is spot on. I do like dives, as long as they are mostly safe. They did have security very visible, and the parking lot looked like it would be well enough lit at night. I'll be back, next time in more of a participatory mood.

All is I can saw is this club is like being back in the 80's in that the club has not changed the carpet, paint, stages, chairs or dancers in 30 years!!! The palce is old and broke down. The bathrooms smelled bad and looked worse and I had been drinking! There were 5 girls ?working? Well if you call it that just laying on the stage rolling around since most were so big thats all they could do. I think these ladies had been around a little(ok alot) to long to still be dancing. At least it only cost me the 6.50 beer to get in. I really wanted to pay one women (no longer a girl after the age of 35) to keep her clothes on. Well I am sure there is someone here who will like this club because of the older heavy women. Good luck but many other much better clubs in better parts of town.

Stopped in around 6-8pm on a weeknight, so not surprising that it was fairly quiet. Have been in a few times a year for more than 10 years, and have to say that it's seen better days. No money put into upkeep; dark; dingy; bathroom is one step up from a bus station in Mexico. Same for the dancers - a few long-time ladies, at least two of which are beyond the age that should be dancing, and a few newer girls that were too heavy/tatted/pierced for my taste. PT's Brooklyn across the street is pretty similar, with perhaps more chance of extras in the private area than Roxy's. I'd head to Hollywood or PT Sports for better looking dancers, and decent privates, tho probably not much chance of extras. Larry Flynt's Hustler Club may be worth checking out. Penthouse too expensive, and PT's Centerville too far from the city and usually not much to choose from.

I was feeling depressed so I decided to take the afternoon off and make trip to Roxy's. I was amazed at the good looking quality of ladies that were there on the afternoon shift. I had been told to stay away from the area Roxy's is in after dark because the area at night was rough. Since I did not want any trouble I decided day trip would work well. The neighborhood does not look too frightening neither did the clientele that were in Roxy's. As I entered I expected to pay a cover charge and was told that they had free admission before 8. It was not to busy so a few of the ladies wanted to become friendly with me and finally a very good looking blonde decided to sit with me and ended up getting her a few drinks while we talked. I decided it was time to see what this lady had to offer in the dance department and she never stopped amazing me of all the talents she possessed. It was starting to get late and I was running low on cash so I decided time for me to dash but not before receiving another flash from the beautiful blonde. I am going to have to take another trip to Roxy's and find the gorgeous lady who turned my frown upside-down.

I went late on a weeknight, needing a little personal attention. First I went in by myself and just kinda watched for a little while, observing the girls, there were a few really pretty African American girls, but I really just like white girls. Eventually two girls came up to me, one on the heavier side, and one tall and slender with a Miley Cyrus haircut. I was only interested in the slender girl, and we decided on two songs for $50. It was WELL worth it. I've never gotten so much contact at a club before, at one point she was even using her hands. Honestly this lap dance was so intense that I blew my load before the second song was over, which she was really gracious about and didn't get angry with me or anything. Definitely go to Roxys.

I was on a business trip to St Louis and found that Missouri strip club laws allow only for go-go dancing, but directly across the Mississippi River, Illinois was much more lax. The girls were reasonably cute, the drink process were fair, and while the place was a bit run down in appearance, it wasn't to the point where I felt uncomfortable being there. It was a bit slow to start seeing as I was there on a Tuesday evening before 10pm (to avoid paying a cover charge that occurs after that time), but overall it was a great place to go. Being a NJ native I'm used to being warned or threatened by bouncers if they catch you even grazing a dancer with your hands, but to my pleasant surprise, it was a much more relaxed atmosphere here, and the private dances were very good. The girls were all at least decent looking if not necessarily top shelf, and very warm and inviting. Overall, a good place to go if you find yourself bored in St Louis.
