Was just here last night, this is for those with locals VIP card, they've updated their pricing (again) I'm guessing with CH3 out of the picture, management thinks they can charge more on drinks now..
Anyway, still $3 you call it before 11pm (no need for card) BUT after 11pm, watch out! Prices goes thru the roof! At least back then it's still 3 bucks for locals VIP but now it's only on discounted rate $9-$10 depends on the drink.
My regular bartender wasn't working so I couldn't pre-order $3 drinks before 11pm.. lol. oh well!
Hoping open bar on Sunday is still in effect..
