Afternoons?

I tried to go here back in April (Wrestlemania weekend) on a Thursday, probably around 5p or 6pm and the door man said they wouldnt have girls until later? Going in a couple weeks and again my window for debauchery will be like 11am to 4pm. Should I give this a try again? I'd like to go somewhere that feels Vegas-ey but if I'm going to run into the same issue i'll just head to CB and atleast experience something unique.
