So, when is Abbott giving Texas back to Mexico?

Americans first came to Texas as immigrants into Mexico. Many of them held others as slaves, even though that violated Mexican law. On top of that, they were part of rebellion against their government. How can we just give amnesty to these law breaking immigrants?
