There is a school of thought that Pesos may be better in certain exchange rate scenarios, but the difference won't be significant enough to add the conversion calculation element.

Negotiations / Special Service Requests - Unless you speak Spanish or use a translator app, don't introduce the complexity of awkward communication gaps. Just go with the basics for the first visit. Afterall, the experience will over the top vs anything you've ever experienced, anyway, so no sense in getting ahead of your skis.
