So now it's human trafficking when you see an adult sex worker, with no third party involved. Good story, when you're a coward cop, afraid of taking on the pole-swinging rouge Florida strippers. To me it's a red flag when a sex worker is OK with very low money. Usually it means she might have a pimp, or pimp-like SO. But a cop has no reason to say no, even if you only offer $1.
