Last night was our first night in Medellin Colombia, arriving late from Bogota due to problems with the aircraft. Had a great time in Bogota the one night we were there. Flew into Bogota first, because it was much cheaper than flying directly into Medellin.
Went to a couple of the nicer bars, also known as shark ponds. We were chum. Beautiful women, but very aggressive. Drinks were expensive, especially for the girls.
We ended up picking up a couple of street girls. They were okay, but just okay. They were supposed to spend the rest of the night, but bailed after a few hours. Neither my buddy nor I were disappointed that they decided to leave early.
We have planned to return to Bogota at the end of the week for a few days. Might be a dull or expensive rest of the week in Medellin.
I hope to provide some detailed reviews upon my return, assuming that I survive. Medellin is no place for minnows.
