Usually afternoons or early evenings, and it's always deader than CL or Risque, which is another strike against Delilah's. Rare times I've been there after 10, it's always hopping with plenty of hot women
Definitely top 3, with Cherrleaders and Delilah’s. Can make arguments for which is best among the three. I would probably put CL as #1 because it’s livelier in afternoons, extras are more readily available, and I don’t have to worry about coming home smelling like tobacco
