Drugs in Tijuana? Wow, that sounds super smart!!

I guess it's getting more common, but drug use is not as prevalent in Mexico as in the US. People in Mexico think it's pretty heartless that US drug users don't care that they are funding the brutally violent cartels, that kill thousands per year in Mexico. If you get caught using drugs in Mexico, like they say, payback is hell.
