Re-opening ?

The place was absolutely awful prior and basically a clip joint. Literally anywhere else even a Casino is better than this place.

Indeed it did reopen. Might be a decent place, but it has some wrinkles to smooth over.

Keep in mind icey is friends with some dancers at vegas clubs, he helps them with their scamming schemes, encourages them to rob or trick clients.. and he also doesnt like dancers who charge lower rates than his friends or pimped out girls. So take anything he says with a grain of salt, he may suggest a club to you where youll get robbed, and discourage clubs where youll get good service
