I just read in the other board that apparently some dumb ass is videotaping inside some Providence clubs.
I think the bouncers here have to do a better job. I once saw a guy bust out his phone and point it at the stage sitting in a chair right in front. I approached the bouncer at the vip and he did nothing. The dude was surreptitiously taking pics since I went behind him and confirmed it.

I had heard from a dancer that a guy was at a bar in Providence last week (not a strip club) bragging that he had just been at Club Desire video taping with his glasses for a few hours. I guess he pissed off the bartender at that bar and was thrown out, but they alerted Desire about it.
This is obviously a huge deal, and not good news for those of us who like to go to the club with the expectation of privacy. The last thing we need is for videos to surface online with our faces in the background or girls talking explicitly about extras (or performing extras).
I'm assuming the club is now going to be on the lookout for these glasses that can video tape. Hoping this guy was just blowing smoke, but doubt it.

Go to any website that sells spy cameras and tell me you can stop people secretly recording if they want to. I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often. Button cameras, pen cameras, glasses cameras, pin cameras, etc.. You should assume someone is recording whenever you step outside of your house. And now with drones and cameras at your neighbors' houses, possibly inside your homes, too.

I don't like any filming in strip clubs! Cadillac Lounge has tolerated custies videoing in the club for years, including filming dancers on stage. Other clubs like Wonderland and Foxy seem like they don't care as long as you're not filming the actual stage. A while back a CF at another club filmed me and her doing shots without telling me and then posted it on her IG. I don't like that at all! I go by the credo that what happens in the club should stay in the club. No evidence!
There are two clubs in Atlanta not doing well in part because the STAFF is videotaping customers and posting on the club's Instagram. Also, they video and post the parking lot complete with license plates to show how "crowded" they were. Both are run by the same idiots.
The only way to determine they’re video glasses is if they’re sunglasses and they’re wearing them inside or if they have clear lenses if they don’t cover up the light that goes off while recording.

and wasn't done in secret. The guy is taping on a phone in front of 8 of the girls at one point, and just showing off his duck. He's the duck dork, and he has videos and pictures from all over the place, followed and liked by literally dozens of people. A sad life, but harmless so far.
That said, nobody should be taping inside the club, unless a girl approves, and you pay her extra, and you're both in private.
If someone is videotaping like a creep with Meta glasses or other Smartglasses, their glasses should be stomped on while they're wearing them.
Your experience is different from mine. Every time at Desires I’ve seen a guy pull out a phone and make like they’re taking a video or even get on FaceTime, I’ve seen the bouncers put an end to that shit right away.

what is videotaping? is this a reference to the VIDEO cameras of the early 80's and 90's? who the fuck uses a video camera any longer? why not just use your phone or even a watch with a camera on it - I have a samsung watch with a camera on it - but Ifor the life of me, I cannot get the watch to a VCR from 1991.. why is technology more compatible with each other??
