Closed or being remodeled?

This club hasn't been open for several months but the sign remains and has been undergoing an exterior re-siding that looks pretty good. Does anyone know if the property has been sold for another purpose, or if it will re-open again as Temptation's? Also, what is the story on XTREMEZ, several miles down the road? The property is being maintained and appears inactive, except on several occasions I have seen definite activity there. Whatever the building is being used for, it's not being advertised.
