Black people

Predominantly black, but in an interesting way. They cater to Africans and Hispanics in terms of music (mostly hip hop, but a surprising amount of afrobeats, soca, and reggaeton). Dancers are like 2/3 black & 1/3 latin last I went.

Mustangs is about as hood as they come in PG County.
