Why is there a guy sitting in his truck all day?

I know it’s a funny question, but why is there some dude sitting in his truck all day right near the entrance looking like he’s getting a hummer from Vito Spatifore or something? And why do they have a kids carnival right near the club?

Actually, "Ownership" is more complicated.
But, it's part of the Ownership Group" and he's is in and out of the club several times a day.

I just assumed Gerard made calls in his car so he can smoke weed and not have strip club music to shout over....which is what I do and will later.

The music there does suck. I’m really sick of the autotune shit all the time. I’m assuming they play what the girls want but good grief.
