Seems to be a new practice, as there are 2 other clubs with this practice in the Northeast US, as well.

I can't imagine the girls like this either, as once you've paid the $20 fee for one girl, you may be more likely to just go back with the original girl again, than to continue to pay $20 fees for other girls. It would also inhibit guys from doing a test run on a girl, as it's a $20 investment on top of the dance fee, for a girl you haven't experienced previously.

If they expect the $20 fee + dance fee AND a tip, it's most certainly a NO.
