COLUMBUS, Ohio — One person is injured following a shooting at a strip club on the city's northeast side early Saturday morning, according to the Columbus Division of Police.
Officers were called to the 1600 block of Karl Court just before 12:30 a.m. on reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found one person suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body.
They were taken to a nearby hospital, and information about their condition was not immediately available Saturday morning.
Police said a suspect, identified as 48-year-old Shanon Santoro, was detained by club security and was later determined to have fired a handgun during an argument with staff.
Santoro was charged with attempted murder.
