At least as of now, Starlight is flagged as closed, came from last review. Need more people there on the ground to really find out.
Historically Fantasy and Starlight had girls that speak English. Grand maybe not so, and maybe looks a little less, and also maybe a bit lower cost. But no TV room and no where to sit. Now they say their is front room sitting. But still have to keep it bounded, mostly just kissing.
We can fix all of these problems when we open new venues by the Membership / Private Party model. Then there won't need to be any limits.

Grand never had places to sit. BUt now it has front room sitting, basically for kissing. Can't really go beyond PG-13 though.
Never been to these, there were special forum about LA hostess clubs. On tuscl they don't get enough reviews.

Lists Club Fantasy, which seems to be closed, and lists Las Palmas, which has been closed for many years.
Maybe there are new ones? Seems like those kinds of clubs are planted very deep in the downtown LA soil.
