Tropical bar hours

Is tropical bar open 24 hours? Planning my next visit overnight and was wondering if there’s talent if I roam down there at 3-4am. If not, may just book at cascades.

I haven't been in 6 weeks. I go back next next week but while I was there every bar closed at 3:00 AM. One of the BG text and told me HK is now closing at 5:00 AM and opening again at 10:00 AM. Maybe that was temporary. If that's still the case I assume TB is the same.
