Are they simply adding more rooms on top of HK? A 10th floor? Looks that way from the pics.
Which makes me wonder how they can afford that right now having been shut down for most of a year.

It's called "HK Hotel Korea" where they have a bar outside. Located up the hill around hotel Ibiza. Bar Reno - hotel Rio Nilo - Parking - H Korea.
