Strip Club For Sale

A Phoenix strip club that was the site of multiple shootings in 2020 must change ownership or lose its liquor license, the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control announced Thursday.

VLive’s owner, DE Entertainment LLC, must divest all ownership rights to the strip club’s liquor license by May 1 and pay a fine of $30,000, according to a consent agreement between the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control and club ownership. If club ownership defaults on either, the state will revoke the liquor license.

According to the announcement, VLive, a strip club at 3845 E. University Dr. in Phoenix was the site of a fatal shooting on June 20 and two other shootings on Sept. 11 and Sept. 27 in which several others sustained injuries.

VLive’s liquor license has been suspended since Oct. 2 after an investigation by Phoenix police and Department of Liquor officials. The suspension prohibited the club from selling or distributing spirits in any fashion.

Idk how vlive (any city) manages to keep itself afloat. Seems like the Houston one might be okay but it seems the rest of them struggle for whatever reason.

@nicespice V-Live started in ATL and still thrives as well as the Miami location. Phoenix is weird when it comes to "urban" clubs and that wasn't a very good location. I remember having a hard time trying to find it.

V-live in ATL is a week end only night club...no strippers. 2 ex Follies managers are trying to make it a strip club called "Follies day shift" Mon-Sat noon to 8PM but are having a hard time making it work.

I’ve never heard of this club, but based on the address it’s a pretty shitty industrial area. There used to be a bunch of jack shacks and “lotion studios” on that section of University Blvd.

This place has had multiple names / versions over the years and all have failed. Its in a industrial area where there used to also be a bunch of private show places and jack shacks. It made no sense to try a V-Live format in this part of town. Jaguars already has this type of customer locked in.
