Recreation Center for Adults in Elizabeth City NC

Does anyone know any thing about the Recreation Center for Adults on U S 17 north of town between merge with Business Route 17 and the northern end of the Bypass? It looks like it could be a strip club or maybe a swingers club. Old roadhouse with few if any windows.
