I swear, are they ever open? The sign says open

I swear, are they ever open? The sign says open Thursday night until 2am, when i stop between 1:15 and 1:30am. The doors out front are locked or the doorman says they sent all the girls home early. Tried multiple times in the past 2 months. Gave up, only go to places I know are open.
