  Unfortunately, I think if a women wore this and it bites the guy's dick, he would get pissed and assault her. Not sure which is worse assault or rape. Sad situation either way.

  Your second concern. No, it will not cause permanent damage to the rapist he will have tell tale little scars on him. (He will have some explaining to do to his wife or girlfriend how he encountered those scars.)
