Smoke Breaks at clubs

Now that most clubs require their girls to go outside to smoke, just wondering if this opens up a new venue for entertainment?  I've noticed that some of these smoke areas can be a little dark and are frequently fairly empty if your timing is good.  Just wondering if anyone has explored this venue as an avenue for extras?   Feel free to share your thoughts and your approaches if you have been successful.
