Follies ATL May you rest in peace

The city of Chamblee killed a milage legend. Follies was founded in 1992, but its relationship with Chamblee began in 2014. The city annexed the area of Buford Highway where the business was located. There were many back and forth court cases between the ownership and the city. But ultimately, the city won.

Follies was my go-to spot whenever I was in ATL. I hooked up with Porn Star Jade Nicole there and many other ladies who will never be famous. The day and midshift action was my favorite there. And my phone is filled with contacts that I made.

The draw- it didn't matter who you were. The vips were cheap and you could always find a dancer who would go the long mile in one of the two vip rooms. This solid go-to place that was like "Cheers" to me. It was a bit out of the way from downtown Atlanta but I never minded that. Is there anything close to what follies was in Atlanta? The memories live on.
