Getting arrested at a brothel in TJ Mex

This week on Monday I met a US guy in the Adelita hotel/brothel lobby looking at the girls line up at nite, and met him last week a few times on the street. He's about 27, medium muscular built, looks like a military type, friendly and handsome. We talked a bit about mongering, he said he looked at the line up in HK, Tropical, CC, etc., he kept saying he needs/wants women with companionship, he doesn't mind paying but it shouldn't be about money and he should not be paying forever. He also wants to visit Asia mongering places. I thought this guy was nuts. Didn't exchange names.

Wed morning 7am, two rooms from mine, he had an argument with a girl for 20mins, she's a 6 in street clothes wear glasses, he spoke decent Spanish, she kept saying she wants $400 from the overnite stay, he kept saying no way, it's not about money, kinda like it was agreed on companionship only, I don't understand Spanish much.  She called security, 3 guys came up, they couldn't solve the problem after 10mins, he kept his ground and stayed calm.

They called a cop, handcuffed the guy, he didn't look scared at all as they lead him away.  I opened my door and said "bye buddy, you out of money? How much you need?", no one answered as they slowly walked down the hallway, the girl followed and said in English "he not pay",

they had some more loud talking at lobby 1st FL, I'm on 3rd FL, gone back to sleep.

That day at noon, I went and asked the clerk & the securities outside about that guy.  Was he out of money or he didn't want to pay?  They said they don't know.  I asked so the police took him to the judge?  Again they don't know. When they took him away they left his room open and I took a look inside, it was empty, looked like he used it as temporary and had another hotel for belongings. Weird story, but now I've seen someone got arrested at a Mexican brothel for not paying.
