Why do they not have quality dancers during the day?

Title states the basic question. Why must all the quality dancers be at night and weekend? What about those that can be available during the day time on a weekday? There should be a consistency of people throughout the opening-closing hours. I know its difficult to make it company standard but try and keep it within one brand name at least.

Is this perhaps a dying business and so they must cater to when its most available? If so, then this would still hurt even more by losing the clientele from the early afternoon time frame.
