Dancers not dancing

In the past year or so I have noticed dancers are not getting on stage as much I go to clubs in Florida CT and New York. Back in the day they would come out with a theme dance and work the crowd. Now every time I go to a club no one is on stage. Most of the girls are playing on there

phones,then randomly come up and ask for dance and get all bitchy if you say no and go back to ignoring you and play with there phones. WTF I like to see a girl perform see her body and how she moves before committing to a $30.00 lap dance+tip.I want to be seduced and turned on by her moves on stage. I don't understand why club owners are putting up with this shit. I 'm getting pissed paying for a over priced watered down drink and the girls are not dancing. Anyone in others states find this happening at the clubs?
