Follies - relevenat info from a different perspective, get in line boys

Having been out of the game for several years I find my self being able able to take some trips over the next 18 months which will allow me to get back into things temporarily. First trip was to GA for a friday night to monday morning trip. I hit up follies after midnight on friday after a road trip that started later than I wanted. I was writing a review, but realized this might work better as an article

I realize most people go to follies for the dayshift, and review it accordingly. But I'm a black dude that likes t&a and not looking for extras. and with my previous visit, I realized that guys like me who deal mostly with black strippers might wanna review from that perspective. My previous visit was good on dayshift, but the best time I had was during mid to nightshift. With that, my trip this time was tailored toward finding the sweetspot for when to arrive to catch the best parts of mid and night shift. From reading a few reviews I realized this would mean I'd need to brave the line that forms outside these days (I believe it is because they have to limit the people inside). So here's my experience with the line over the course of 3 visits.

TL,DR version: fuck this place if you get there late (say, after 10), come another time, it aint worth it. If you wanna avoid a line, be safe and get there before 4pm.

Friday night:

I'd heard about the line late in the evening, but haveing driven so far, I wasnt about to skip a night here just because I had gotten there late. Money wasnt a problem, and I wanted to get information for tuscl anyway. Take home message though - That line is REAL. I figured i'd do the community a solid and brave this line and report back my findings. My findings, the time you'll wait added to the cover and the attitude of the girls, it's not worth a late visit unless you can get in before say 10pm

So here's the damage. When I got there, there was a group of 5, 2, and 2, then me. 9 people in the general admission line ahead of me. This line is to wait to get in for regular nite admission of 20 bucks. however, at certain time They open a "cut line". This provides you the "privilege" to pay extra, $40 total, to get in sooner. now, it doesnt mean immediat entry, mind you. Enought people still have to LEAVE before they let a certain amount in, even from this line. realize that.

so, The guys ahead of me, they got there at 10:40. I got there at 11:01. It was a long wait. the first group went in at 11:35 (this after the cut line had died down). Long story short, I got in at 12:27! I took one for the tuscl team, lol. I wouldnt do it again, and I dont recommend anyone else doing so either (btw, at some point the cut line price arbitrarily went up to $60, I heard valet was $20. Regardless, MANY from the regular line migrated to the cut line. and the cut line has to go all the way down for them to even think about letting the regular line in, smh. I dont see any rhyme or reason to go to a club and be out $60-$80 before seeing any ass at all).

now, hey, Follies has a rep. Maybe the night shift girls inside are worth the money. I'd say no. Now, the eye candy was there, no doubt. I mean, visually, when I walked in I was impressed. there was some ass in this club. (a chick from the article about top atl strippers was there, Dani Banks? and she was downright impressive). But the usual faults of late night black clubs were in full effect, the more appealing girls just had stank attitudes or simply unenthusiastic mileage (out on the floor at least, lol). But being a seasoned vet, I made the most of my time and found a couple gems that basically made up for the experience outside. All the mileage I needed for a warmup visit. But I would never go here that late again. Nor should you.

Saturday:

My morning agenda was finished in time for me to be easily ready to get to Folllies at a decent time. I figured between 3-4. I got there at 3:30, no line. went right in. I had to meet someone at 5, close enough by, I knew I could get some food and get back within 60-90 minutes. not really expecting it, I got back, and there was already a line at 6:15 (with no cut line at this point, thankfully). I was third. It wasnt bad, but I wasnt expecting to wait 20 minutes to get in. However, it was the best day of the trip.

Sunday:

This was the real kicker. i figured sunday wouldnt be that bad compared to fri and sat. Wrong! it was My last night, I was gonna stay a long time, so I didnt wanna get there that early, I wanted the lionshare of my time spent in mid shift to early night shift (dealing with night shift black strippers is always easier earlier in their shift, imo). I got there at 5:30, and I see 1 dude waiting. valet says they have to let 20 people out before they let 1 in. Gotdam!!! I just shook my head but knew I was gonna wait. So I chopped it up with the guy in line. as we waited, it was at least 20-30 deep once we were able to get in 40 min later (btw, the guy told the bouncer I was with him when he let him through. My Man!)

Again, I had a great time regardless. Waiting in line wasnt fun but I found my sweetspot here. I was able to sample the dayshift chicks at the tail end of their shift, the midshift girls the whole night, and the early nighshift, which I think starts 8-9pm. I may have the chance to get back this year. I have the gameplan ready.

Hence, My reccomendation if you want a focus on black girls. get there by 4, stay until 10-midnite. I dont think you can go wrong!
