Thinking of stripping?

Stripping is a serious business that can be somewhat hardcore at times. If you're thinking of breaking into the strip club/pole dancing business it's important to know completely what you're getting yourself into. You must ask yourself a series of questions:

1. do I mind being fully nude?

Most clubs these days are fully nude. However, some are still only topless bars. This may be the better choice for the more timid dancer to get used to the industry. The no removal of bottoms policy may help you feel more secure and covered and will make the transition into dancing a lot better.

2. do I mind being talked to in a negative fashion?

In this business, having tough skin is a must. It's imperative that you know who you are and only you choose what names you will answer to while working. You must be prepared to be touched and groped by complete strangers and have them call you an array of names that are not your own.

3. what am I really doing this for?

If the answer is just for the money, chances are you won't be a long term dancer. Most of the time the money is good but you will find out quickly that often that dollar amount varies from night to night. You never really know how much you're going to make on any given night so you must be prepared for an unstable income. If you truly love to dance, this may be right for you. Most girls genuinely enjoy what they do and have no regrets about it.
