i wrote some advise from teh full range of this buisness i hope you find it useful and let m eknow what you think so i can improve it (sorry it is a little long)
First… Goal oriented – know what you are getting into the stripping business for. Many times I have spoke to dancers and they don't really realize what they are in the game for. Most say it is to get money but when you look at their actions outside of the club clearly they are spending more money than they are making and put themselves in predicaments that cause them to need more money to dig themselves out. (I assume you are getting in the business for money for support and not because you have alternate means of support and stripping is for fun). But first what is your goal? What do you want to get out of this job, remember this is temporary I haven't see one dancer retire from stripping and receive a 401k pension or retirement check. Use this time and this job as a stepping stone to set yourself up for the future.
This is the time in your life where sacrifices are critical and determine the path for the rest of your life. Take a self assessment, look at your lifestyle and see what sacrifices things you can cut back on to save money. Make an expense budget see where you are spending too much. What I mean by sacrifices, girls actions outside of the club, budgeting and making money – from what I have seen plenty of dancers spend more than they should on Bull shit stuff. Bull shit stuff like cigarettes, drinks alcohol, drugs, computer games in the club, expensive cell phones and data packages, expensive or too much make up, perfumes and the list goes on. Outside of the club dancers spend more than they should on variety of things I can't think of right now. In the club why do you need to smoke and take smoke breaks? Most places have banned smoking, unfortunately for me, but smoking is taking from your money. At $4 a pack or more it totals up and why go outside to smoke when there are guys inside (I will tell you tips later for this). Remain active and engaged with the guys/patrons talk to them and spend time with them maybe you can bum a cigarette from them. Drinks as well, I know some dancers like to get drunk or high to fade away while dancing or have a better time but that is money wasted. Again you can engage with a guy and he might get you a drink but please don't demand it, it's one of those give a little and get a little deals (I will mention in how to approach a guy). Again entertaining yourself with computer games that are in the club or on a cell phone – both are cash being thrown away and for what? Keep engaging guys/patrons even if they don't seem to be paying. Making them feel welcome and comfortable will work out in the long run trust me.
A sacrifice you can make right now is to find a girl that is like minded and in the same stage in her life and roommate with her, split the bills, split the responsibility, but ensure she is goal oriented like you are. You don't want someone that is just breaking even or not making enough. And if you must have alcohol and cigarettes budget for it and limit yourself. For alcohol I would get a bottle of vodka (can't smell the alcohol) put it in a water bottle and drink it in the bathroom or locker room. Many managers want you to buy their overpriced alcohol to pad their pockets, or get a patron to do the same. Sneak it again the name of the game is to get the money and keep it in your pockets not to pay everyone else who already has money. Dazymaz said it best “take $100 and put it away like you never had it at all†now understand your comforts might not be $100 upfront make a goal and stick to it. Again to recap goal orientation… remember temporary job, self assessment, budget, sacrifice, and the last and biggest goals – achieve each one starting from the small to large.
Next once you have set your goals established what you are going to sacrifice you need to do another self assessment this one is a very hard assessment that will change or fluctuate depending on the situation. But this one is what are your limitations and what are you comfortable with doing for money. Some guys go to the club strait up to fuck a girl, and the guys get attitudes if the girl doesn't want to fuck. Why I say this is hard because some nights you might not make your goal on money and consider fucking a guy to make ends meet. If you are not comfortable with fucking, it won't go well and emotionally it will hurt, depress you, physically you might not perform as well, and remember it's not love making its fucking and he might be out to literally tear your pussy up. I use this as an extreme case situation to get you thinking a little but there will be hard nights don't expect them all to be easy and multi hundred dollar nights (unless you are strait up fucking, sucking everyone in there). Set your limits and stick to them once you go past that line it is hard to go back as you would be expected to perform the act when asked or guys will cut the cash flow to you. I can give you more advice but I need to have an idea where your limit is and if you don't have a limit I have more for you as well.
When you tell me your limit I can tell you what to expect to charge and tips, what is reasonable (from a guys perspective) and how to up sell and make the guys believe what you will deliver.
Next after doing some self awareness it is time to look at the clubs in which you want to work. First check out the clubs online, gives you some insite to what you will be walking into. This is a great site as well as stripperweb.com. Be careful on stripperweb some of the girls are jaded about a club and will mention stories or examples that are not the norm. On TUSCL look at what the guys intentions are, if he is there to get ass and doesn't he might slam a girl or two, but perdomately the guy will give a good read into the club itself, some rules and management. The girls on stripperweb focus on the guys and patrons but they have great insight on the management and fees.
Second- look at the location. There are three levels of clubs first level ghetto, second level average, third level upscale club. If the club is in a rundown part of town ghetto area best believe the girls are probably that way. In these clubs extras are done and highly expected, look who they are attracting to that club ghetto guys who have no sense and little funds but act like they have plenty of cash and stretch it as far as they can go. If the club is in a decent location and looks decent inside (doesn't have to be spectacular) then a good time is expected by guys and not really extras. My advise go to a few clubs with a guy friend (I wish I was close to you and I would take you) and check out the raggedy ones, average ones and upscale ones and get the feel of what you like and didn't like in each. The more upscale you go the more particular the guys are. They will most likely spend the money on a particular looking stripper and not just any stripper there that spends time with them. Average club you get a mix of spenders. Rundown cub most guys want an ass to shake and grind on them and don't care about looks (most cases for all).
Second - Once inside size up your competition between the girls. This is kind of hard to do as in each level of clubs you will see different girls making their money and wonder how. First level ghetto club - I have seen some of the ugliest of girls and fattest strippers making MONEY in these clubs while the most attractive girl with the best body was leaving broke. How does this happen? Well in the self awareness part the attractive girl (after I talked to her to see what her limits were) clearly did not do anything more than a simple lap dance in the club. Don't get me wrong it was a good grindage lap dance but in this club their small vip room extras ran ramped and since she didn't do any to include grinding a guy out in his pants the guys left her alone. Same club I have seen a fat girl and ugly ones going back and forth to VIP all night getting paid. These girls if we saw them on the street they wouldn't get the time of day or even look their way. In a second level average club you get a good mix of guys and girls with limitations sizing competition depends on personality and sometimes what are you willing to do. I have been in several and girls that aren't the most attractive have approached me the correct way (see below in another paragraph) had charm, talked to me and a great personality and I could resist not wanting to get a dance. Also I have had super attractive girls approach me the wrong way – wanna dance, or with no personality and it was a turn off. Or if I got a dance from them they acted to cute to want to do a little grinding and did an all air dance. This will be covered later (what you are seen doing) but that will kill and did kill the cash flow for the girl. Level three the upscale club – it's almost all about looks, how cute, how big the assets are, etc… some average girls can get in with personality but again its harder because the more the guy spends to get in and on LD he expects a certain look for what he is paying. Me personally I like going to these type of clubs as well to talk to the 5-7 range of girls as they are more fun than the 8-10 who know they are 8-10s. Do looks matter – Not really have a great personality and the club that matches it you can do well. Figure out what range you are in, according to guys and where you would fit in in the clubs to make money, remember your limits.

but overall we all love to be entertained by pole tricks. If you need to practice some of these tricks what I would suggest is that you find a playground with a pole and work on it possibly at night to learn, I am guessing you don't have a pole at home. Also you can find a stripper who might be willing to help you out and teach you. Most of the times I ask the dancers if they would help each other and teach another dancer to dance better and most say hell not they are not willing because that will take money from them if they have competent ion. But save money and get videos and tutorials from the web, learn on the side, be the best pole dancer and the best entertainer to attract attention.
Now that I am here I will go into the attraction to money in the strip club. This is the way you set everything up in the club. First the attraction - on the stage is where is all begins, not on the floor asking for dances. On stage when the guys see you they will be tempted to walk up and tip to see what you are about. And the reason they would want to come is because of your pole tricks and how you handle yourself on stage. Great tricks attracts the guys, but if you want to hook the guy here is the key. Most guys like you to do something when they come up to the stage and it varies by person, from - flashing the pussy, titty rubbing in the face, grinding his dick, grouping the guys crotch, kissing his neck, hugging, hair play, purring, motorboating the crotch(making vibrations with your mouth on a crotch) and more. If you're tired from being on your feet and dancing sit on his lap and grind, once or twice stand up and change to facing him and grind the crotch and play with his shoulders or head. The lap dance is the most important part because they are your money maker and sets things up for even more money. Before I go down this road I want to know how you feel about extras in or out the club so I will ask before I say more as I am not the most experienced in these area. I have had a few but not enough out the club experience. My advice is to keep it all in the club but it you want to do out the club have a friend close by and only in a mutual place like a motel. This is for both of your safety. I had one OTC set up and I was really about to back out when she said she wanted to go to her house and there was possibly going to be another guy there. I was afraid this was a set up to rob me. I also fear the dancer is afraid that I may rob her, rape her or have a train run on her. If you both go to a mutual spot, that is unexpected location for both most of these fears are reduced. I know the guy spends more on the hotel and it takes away from the girl but look at other options like going to a mutual spot and hop in his car, take a blanket and go to a wooded area or a park that gives you a little privacy. In the club you can control some things but mostly depends on the management if they allow things to slide or not. If you are in this game to get paid for extras then what you need to focus on is the management of the club and the way the VIP room is set up. If the VIP room has portions and very private that is a sign that things are allowed. Also ask the other dancers about extras and how management reacts. Reality is that more than likely you will end up doing an ITC or OTC, sometimes money is tight or not flowing right and the only way to get a little is an extra. This is your choice and let me know how you feel about it. Again if you choose to do it be safe protected, by a condom and get checked regularly at a free clinic, also have someone watching over you OTC, or better yet find a alternate place keeping money in the guys pocket which eventually will make it into yours.
Making money without actual sex – ITC if you want to make extra money without the bouncers on your tail, and without actual sex, talk to the guy if it seems like he is willing to pay and see if he wants a happy ending in his pants. I would have the guy pay anywhere from $10-20 tip on top of the dance(s) for the nut in pants, again don't go too high with it because for $40-60 guys can get a blow job from a pro on the street or even other girls in the club. I would tell the guys that for a nut in pants they should get 2 dances minimum (if dances are 20-25 each look at a $10-15 tip and let him make the choice between $10-15) if the dances are 10-15 each charge up to $20 tip. What you are trying to do is make the nut in pants range about $50-55 range. Remember blow jobs are running at that range and hopefully extras are low at the club you are working so this price range will be good. If extras are in your club and blow jobs are running $40-60, you have to keep your nut in pants just slightly lower than the blow job. You don't want guys to see your nut in pants price close to a blow job then either you won't get business or you'll be blowing a lot of guys, which is no problem if you want that. This is an alternative to doing a form of sex without being illegal and you can always say the guy nutted accidentally cause he was drinking too much.
