Guidelines for strip club behavior - to help the new members (With a few questions for the vets)

One of my fears was going to a strip club and being taken for a ride--in the bad sense, and I didn't know what to expect. So it seems about time that one of the largest sites on the internet for strip club reviews should have a guide about what is okay, and what is not okay. I'm fairly new to this, so I'll start with things I know, and follow up with things I wish I knew.
-
You should always check tuscl before going to a strip club to find out if it is fully nude, and if it is byob.
-
Several nights have their own theme. Some will give you half price, others change the atmosphere to being heavy on college students, amateurs, etc.
-
Stripclublist has "admit one" coupons that it seems may be accepted (I saw in a review someone said they used one to get in on the weekend). Can anyone else confirm this?
-
It's good to know the rules before the dance starts, so ask. The kitty is usually off limits.
-
It seems to me, the limits depend on the dancer as much as the club. Is this correct? Some will allow you to touch the breasts, others will not. This may also relate to state laws. Please clarify.
Here are some questions I'm curious about--and that I think several other new members would like to know:
-
Is the cover good until the place closes? IE, if it is half cover before 7, free cover during the first half hour they are open, etc.
-
The poor man's strip club. Lets have suggestions for the ways someone who is low on cash can still go to a strip club and have a good time. I see showing up when there is free cover (if that allows you to stay), or using the coupons off stripclublist. Has anyone tried to go back regularly (couple times a month) with coupons?
-
The front row. What is the customary tip here? I've read stripper rants over getting stiffed on a dollar tip. Is it a dollar per song when you are sitting at the stage? Do you pay mid song, or at the end?
-
Ways to just watch the view. I'd prefer not to be talking to everyone. Any advice for how to get people to not approach me? I'm okay with turning down offers for private dances, but I'd like to do it without being a dick. I know they've got a job to do.
-
Anything else you wish someone had told you before your first visit?
-
What is YMMV? If I had to guess from context I would've assigned it "your money, my values". Trying to guess a four letter acronym is pretty tough work though.
Thanks for all your help to turn this article into a guide for those who have recently turned strip club age.
