Night Time Visits and Young Customers

I had a free eveing and visited a local no touch club this weekend for the first time in awhile. I ended up just sitting at the bar and observing the scene. As with most clubs in most towns on a weekend night, the crowd was mostly younger with several couples in attendance. Also a lot of groups of half dozen or so young guys and girls were there. It hit me that maybe these younger folks go to the clubs for different reasons than we old mongers. It seemed that they just came there to drink, hang out, and have a good time with a side benefit of having half naked girls walking around. Most of them didn't even acknowledge the dancers. It was like they were at a regular bar to hang out and drink. Why they would do this is maybe another topic considering the entry fee was $10, but the drink prices were comparable to regular bars and restaurants around town.
I know most of us on this site go to clubs either for the view, for an out of the norm relaxed experience, fantasy, faux imtimacy, extras, etc etc. It just seemed to me like in this particular instance, the youngsters came to hang out with each other, just in a strip club instead of XYZ Bar. Actually I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing if that's what they want to do. I know the dancers probably don't like it as they probably aren't going to make bank with these guys and girls. The younger guys probably think we're degenerates with the reasons a lot of us on this site go to the clubs.
The scene I observed was different from the one where several young guys are nursing their Bud Light with their backward baseball caps, tipping a dollar here and there on stage. I've seen that as well and that's mostly what results in the negative comments on this site. These guys/girls were fairly well dressed normal younger kids out for a good time. Maybe we old mongers should cut them some slack? Is it a generational thing? Are they getting laid enough to where the dancers aren't that desirable?
