Manager and Owner accused of abuse in Tampa bikini bar

Not that this is s shock to anyone, but I have investigated several reports from various ladies that a manager at foxy's showbar in Tampa abuses his staff. I saw first hand several abuse situations. first the manager "Chris" was fondling the doorgirl as I came in. No big surprise. But then I saw and heard the owner Cathy "Mama fox" as they call her. A old lady, plastic boobs and a mouth that never stops. She came to me and told me to get a drink and a dance as she stroked my hair and rubbed her plastic boobs on me. Then turned around and "YELLED" at each girl to clap as one dancer completed her rotation. The manager Chris came up and told one girl to dance like the slut she is and get on stage. He then told me I had to order another drink or get out. Mama then is telling stories to the three girls there about how she can make a guy cum with one hand. I left to go sit down near the stage.

I saw Chris again talking and handling another entertainer and she pulled away and he said "we are going hook up". She ran into the dressing room crying. He then came over to me as said "what the fuck are you looking at?" Nice right? Then I caught Mama again carrasing another customer and then coming to me saying "HEY BABY" are you going to buy me a drink?" I am told that that it is illegal to solicit alcohol in bikin bar and that one especially. Chris then came over and said buy her a drink or get out.

I talked to the girls privately and am told that Chris has hit on every girl hence the reason they all quit. And Mama is just a crazy lady that annoys everyone including guests.

I normally do not care about such things, but I don't think all clubs operate the same as foxy's and hope they don't.

I have been told that several girls have contact EEOC about this treatment and and old manager called the feds on them and they are under investigation.
