A Las Vegas Local's "Hot or Not" List

<p> If you live in Las Vegas, you tend not to go to Rhino or Saphire for your beer and boobs. On the high end, you might go to Cheetahs. In all likelyhood, you will go to one of 4 clubs. (In assending order) Larry&#39;s Villa, Play It Again Sam&#39;s, Foxy Girls or the Library. I have limited to extensive experience with all 4 clubs.</p> <p> Larry&#39;s Villa - Extensive yet old knowledge Yes, there really was a Larry. Larry passed away 5 years ago or so and the place just hasn&#39;t been the same since. Back in the good old days, Larry&#39;s had sticky floors, a non functioning mens room, suits of armor in the VIP, $3.00 beer and tons of personality. The girls were either just starting out in the business or hadn&#39;t figured out the business was done with them a long time ago. You&#39;d get a lot of girls who were re-entering the business from maternity leave. That all said, you could spend an evening at Larry&#39;s for $200.00 and be one of the kings of the club. My last few visits have been met with Russian doormen frisking me at the door and little talent inside. This is an improvement from the pimp hangout that Larry&#39;s had turned into after it&#39;s namesake died. Your oppinion may differ. Might be worth a beer to check it out.</p> <p> Play it again Sam&#39;s I still stop in here once in a blue moon. Clearly a failed Mexican restaurant, Sam&#39;s is a real hit or miss. As of a few years ago, there were still some really &quot;CUTE&quot; slightly older girls working here. You could get in some good talk, lap, company and drinking with a cutie for a couple c-notes. Now, it just feels like your walking in on the middle of a conversation that you don&#39;t quite understand. Also, I do not know one girl who doesn&#39;t bitch about how much they have to tip out the staff there... EVEN WHEN YOU ARE GETTING DANCES at the club???</p> <p> Foxy Girls This is by far my favorite in Las Vegas. I list it as second best for 2 reasons. It is very small and the management will let nearly any one work here. the bad: there are a few girls working here who have no business being in this business. Too heavy, too stoned, too bi-polar, too ugly. So here is the trick. Undoubtedly, when you walk in the door the very first time, the very least attractive girl will be dancing on stage to &quot;In a godda de vita&quot; or some other song that is way too long. Pretend that she is not there and head to the bar. Relax and have a cold one and check it out. You can buy girls a drink here for $8.00. Feel free to say no thank you to the girls you&#39;re not interested in (they&#39;re used to it... even if they don&#39;t get it yet.) You&#39;ll find a girl to party with and chill or get some dances. The vip isn&#39;t crazy nor is it no touch. The door or DJ are watching but as long as you don&#39;t get stupid about things, they&#39;ll leave you alone. Foxy girls is worth a look.</p> <p> The Library, which is way on the other side of town and a little over priced. I will admit, it&#39;s been over a year since I was in there. They have a shower show behind the bar and the shower dancers will hound you for tips after their show. Girls range from 5-9. Contact was good. I only list them above Foxy girls because Library is a true strip club. If you aren&#39;t on the east side of town, I wouldn&#39;t make the drive to check it out. If you do go there and like it, get the library card. it&#39;s a lifetime pass to waive the entry fee. As a side note, I&#39;m sure there are people who consider Cheetahs a locals club as well. It&#39;s not. It&#39;s aimed at tourists. the doormen are in tuxes, they have a valet and they tip cab and limo drivers. that said, there are a lot of locals who hang out there (My self included) but if you wanna spend tourist club money, go to Saphire or Rhino.</p>
