I've been lifting my nuts off and got pretty serious muscle these days (arms and legs on fleek) but put on a bunch of fat along with it and BMI wise I'm morbidly obese (6 feet and a cunt hair shy of 300). I exercise vigorously 4 days a week but hate cardio and love good food. I tried Ozempic and I lost weight because I couldn't keep food down. Anything I ate came right back up and I couldn't go 30 minutes with shitting my brains out. The best anti nausea meds (prescription stuff) and best anti diarrhea stuff (Immodium) didn't do a thing. But some people swear by it. I'm trying to get Mounjaro but it's hyper expensive and only approved for diabetes, so getting it is a real bitch. Ozempic and Wegovy are the same thing, former with less copay. Find a doc willing to give the Ozempic, some will even teach you how to cheat a blood sugar test to look diabetic.
