Ok nevermind, I see why you made this thread now. I didn't see Twentyfive's thread previously about blocking Icey.
Regarding that, there's really no division of mongers. This is basically about one guy who is an absolute asshat. I'm not gonna try to influence other folks to block him. I just know my reasons for blocking him and that's all.

I'm not understanding your thread here, Reverend. I don't think I've cornered the market on any wisdom. That's why I enjoy this forum, because I can learn from others. What I don't enjoy is people who make assumptions about others, don't know how to have a back and forth conversation, and their whole MO is to talk crap about everyone here. Not gonna beat around the bush, I'm talking mainly about Iceyloco. I've had my problems with SJG in the past doing the same type thing, going from thread to thread putting folks down.
I have Iceyloco/Trapbaby304 on ignore because they don't know how to converse, bottom line. There's no conspiracy there, I simply chose to not engage them because it's a lost cause and a waste of time in my experience. What exactly are you saying? That my ignoring them is odd behavior?

@Nidan it cleans your board but then since so many others don't have her blocked and she posts frequently in EVERY FUCKING THREAD you end up reading incomplete conversations, with folks going back and forth with an invisible ghost as far as you're concerned. After reading a lot of the replies you'll eventually want to see what exactly they're responding to.
My problem with her isn't that she's misguided. It's just that she, like SJG, plainly doesn't know how to converse. Like Subra stated regarding the SF clubs IC to employer switch thread, she regarding a group of persons real SF club experiences as lies to suit their right wing agenda. She's full of unbased assumptions and in my opinion not worth the time to respond to.

COI has it's rep for a reason. Judging by your post it sounds like you paid more than the usual customers would like. But you probably didn't care because it was a visit to a new place and with a 9 in your book.

My only thing with the ignore feature is the same issue I've always had: when I read a thread and I see folks going back and forth with the blocked person curiosity gets the better of me and I want to see what they're responding to.

@nicespice I actually agree with you that even the best moderators will probably have some bias. But I wasn't even talking about that.
I was just seriously wondering why a short, single sentence snarky comment about you and txtittyfag's back and forth provoked such a response from you.
Back to the topic, once again I agree that a moderated forum wouldn't be troll free. But at least some basic rules would be a good start IMO.

@nicespice jesus, it was just a snarky remark. Why you getting so damn hurt over it? I thought it was kinda funny cuz let's be honest, it's no secret you have a few troll profiles on here. And txtittyfag it's always been a mystery of who's alternate account that is. So it was funny to see you two go back and forth. That wasn't even much of a diss or anything from CMI and yet you seemed to get so mad about it.

If this moderated forum had a similar cast of regulars as this place minus the obvious trolls then I'd be interested. I've grown quite attached to the posts of the regulars here and for that reason wouldn't really leave.
Nowadays even SJG doesn't bother me anymore, as weird as that sounds. Maybe since he's lightened up on the whole 'buying dances is a chumps game' stuff. I mean he still says it, just not with the same frequency. Or maybe it's because Iceyloco came around and showed what a REAL troll looks like. Someone with way too much time on their hands that doesn't know how to have a civil conversation with anyone besides folks who agree with him.
Heck I don't even mind Nicole much anymore. She used to annoy me to no end with her millions of random threads. Now I just roll with it. I do miss that separate VIP board though. That, combined with ignore was perfect to do some no nonsense reading of topics with no abundance of scrolling necessary.

^^^^^I agree with all of that by Nina. It will be the end of KD's championships unless he's working on a superteam of his own like LeBron did when he went to Miami. If he goes to the Knicks though, even with a lot of talent, they still won't win. Just too much dysfunction in the front office.
The Warriors will still be a playoff team without KD just as they were before. But they won't be the same lock that they are now to win every year.
I'm excited to check out the new Chase center in SF though. I'm also wondering how traffic will be during games. No parking garage because they want everyone to use public transit to get to the games. Can't wait to see the logistics of the whole thing.

It's an ok idea, but I doubt it would be used be more than 10% of reviewers, and that's being generous. Most guys wouldn't bother timing songs in a strip club. I've done it but only after reading threads like this and mentions from others like Papi Chulo about song lengths. When I timed it I found that the song lengths were closer to 3 minutes, with the lowest being 2:30 and the longest closer to 3:20. And I think the song length field might be inaccurate if you get folks that just guess how long the songs are instead of really timing it.
I think Justintolook is right on the money about the decreasing song lengths. We've often marveled at the fact that the standard price for a lap dance has remained at $20 for over a decade now, despite constant inflation. This is probably the clubs way of dealing with it. Keep the price the same but shorten the songs. Sounds a lot better than increasing the price and keeping the song lengths the same.
The best places to me are ones that sell dances based on time, not songs. Like Playhouse Lounge in NJ for example. $30/four minutes. Plus the fact the time is monitored by a dedicated time keeper and not a dancer who might try to skimp you on the time.

KD is unstoppable. That's all I have to say. After the Warriors win this championship that's probably the last title we'll see for awhile as KD will be leaving. But he IS the reason we've won the last two titles, no mistaking that. As much as Iove Steph, Klay, Draymond, Iggy, etc without KD it would be a lot harder.
