Agree with Mark94. I do the same at my favorite place Sugar 44. The two times (over many years) I did a VIP with dancers who quoted higher floor dance prices, they were not good experiences. One of the two was awful actually.

Clokking01. I agree with you. I wasn't sure about how much I would trust Raquel just based off of my time tipping her on stage. I am used to only talking with (in the afternoon) Amy, London, or Mustang or Eureka. I also really liked Mikayla although have only seen her once. Something was "off" with her now that I think about it (haven't been to a club since this report so I still can remember it haha) so I never asked her to come over. And it might have been that she was new to me rather than her being new to the club (as Star was). I've only been in three times during the afternoon this year. March where I spent most of my time with Eureka and some with Mikayla, June which was almost 100 percent with Mustang (other than tipping some others on stage) and this visit which was disappointing. My other two 2024 daytime visits were great, but not this one.

Oh dang I liked Topanga a lot back in the day. I'm a bit ashamed to admit I watched the show back then. But I truthfully can say I really have no idea what it was about. I probably just watched for Topanga (and lack of better things to watch back in those days).

You are smart. The prices here are terrible. I went back in January on a Friday night (one of the rare times I just happened to be in the area). Dancers were pretty, no doubt about that. But I got the same quote for dances of the 2 for 70. Then one of the dancers also said OR 4 for 140. I laughed at that and obviously said no thanks.

And I would stay for a few hours at least and wait for the dancers to gradually come in throughout the afternoon. Obviously, I wasn't going in to just chat and play the video game haha.

Those prices (for the dances) actually seem pretty reasonable. I used to go here quite a bit up until maybe 2014 or 2015 (I lived in East Mesa from 2005-late 2012 which is a lot closer to this Club then where I currently live). I think I went the most from 2007 to 2010 on Fridays maybe once a month after work. I liked that it was slower on the afternoon. Hell I even played their Playboy Playmate video game or whatever it was (try to find a match uncover a piece of the puzzle) it was so slow sometimes. Got to know the bartender well and always enjoyed chatting with her (she would dance occasionally I believe). I set quite a few high scores on that damn video game haha. I doubt they still have it.

Forgot to mention in the review that Star I believe was early 20s. I had mentioned something in general conversation that she had no idea what it was (I'm used to the majority of the afternoon dancers here being around 30-maybe mid 30s and older). I think we were talking about Platinum Plus where she used to work. I told her I probably would be dating myself a bit but I used to go there not only when it was Christies Cabaret, but also when it was Tiffany's Cabaret (this was a really long time ago late 90s, early 2000s). She then told me her age and I was like oh yeah that makes sense why you had never heard of Tiffany's haha. I am over double her age and usually don't talk much with the younger (early 20s) dancers. She went up to me as it was slow and was fun to talk with. Just wanted to mention, our lack of "vibe" I mentioned above had nothing to do with her or how she acted. It was just an age thing or all on me anyway. I believe I even mentioned to her that I was disappointed that none of the dancers I came in that day to see were there (Amy hadn't arrived st that time) and I was just going to pretty much chill that day. She was cool and didn't try to give me the hard sell,let me become a favorite of mine bs stuff that some dancers do. I had told her I usually come in once a month, but it varies between days and nights. Maybe that's why she didn't give me the hard sell (thank goodness), but I really appreciated it. Anyway just wanted to clarify with my above statement that she's good/pleasant/pretty. The lack of communication or vibe was not her fault in any way.

Good move on avoiding the one charging more for a dance. I always say no to these dancers as well (different club in AZ as Candy Store is way too far for me to drive).

Go back without your friend next time.

I feel better about going to clubs and spending around 300 a month on clubs after reading this (I live in AZ so I realize not an apples to apples comparison). But hey if you got it, what better way to spend it than strip clubbing right!
