First, I'm going to assume this means I'd be a male dancer, dancing for women only. In that scenario, I'd likely quit or be fired on the first day.
I'd quit because I probably couldn't deal with women saying rude things to me. I'd be fired because I would refuse to dance for a lot of customers or would give them air dances only and then tell them off if they started touching me. Basically, I'd be like that stripper that everybody hates probably. Ha ha.
If I somehow managed to not quit or get fired, I would try not to do any extras at first. I would wait for a good looking rich woman to come along and try to pay me for OTC. I would tell her I never do that, until she kept offering me more and more. Finally, when the price got high enough, I'd be her boy toy.
If my plan to lure a rich female failed, then I might start doing extras with only the hottest women who came in, if I liked their personality too.
Damn, I can't believe I'd be an extras dancer.

I would try to save as much of that money as I could, just in case it stopped coming in. However, once I had a bunch socked away, and continued to earn a lot, I would become a whale at the club.
I wouldn't make it rain, but I would find a few dancers I like and take turns with them in VIP. Spend a few hours at the club twice a week, order a bunch of food to share with them, some champagne, and take turns getting dances from them. Maybe two dancers at a time.
Time to go buy a lotto ticket...

I have no idea what most strippers make. I imagine it varies widely by club, city, shift, the specific stripper, etc.
However, I think if a stripper averaged $500 per shift, working 5 shifts per week, and taking a 2 week vacation each year, that would be good money. That would work out to $125,000 per year. I would consider this very good money for a dancer who isn't doing extras.

She may not have realized you were coming from the doctor and that this was important to you.
People are self-centered and fixated on their own shit, especially when they are busy. I would give her another chance and explain that you would seriously like her help with this. I think she'll come through for you if you make her realize it's important to you.
If she still blows you off after that, then you are justified in breaking it off with her or whatever.

I worked with a guy who married a stripper. He found out she was cheating on him and he divorced her.
I would consider dating a stripper once, to try it out. If I felt I could trust her, I might even trust her for a while. My concern would be that once the relationship got a little rocky, and they all get a little rocky eventually, it would be too easy for her to cry on another guy's shoulder and eventually stray. I'm sure it would drive me batshit crazy, but it might be worth the ride.

Serrano, Bavarian is right. OTC from Baby Dolls is probably a long shot at best, especially if you are just visiting. His hotel advice is probably better than mine too.
There is one nicer hotel near Baby Dolls though, if you choose to stay near the club.

Serrano, the 3 1/2 or 4 star hotels are not right near the clubs. If your goal is OTC, being close to the club is probably more important than being in a 5 star hotel.
The Holiday Inn Express is right next to Baby Dolls. It's simple, but clean and gets good reviews.
